Since 2003, Zürich Versicherungs-Gesellschaft AG's Learning & Development department has regularly offered the INSURMAN seminar in German and English, and also in French since 2013.
The participants increase their knowledge of strategic management and the insurance business by playing the game, in a manner that reflects everyday practice.
