WIWAG at Ivoclar Vivadent
Used in apprentice training to supplement theoretical and practical training
Ivoclar Vivadent AG is a dental company, active worldwide, with its head offices in Schaan. Around 30 learners in five professions are trained.
To supplement theoretical vocational education and practical activity in the company, learners have the opportunity to take part in the WIWAG company management game. For a week, learners slip into their fictional roles as company management and while playing the game learn more about the economic and operational aspects, as well as their reciprocal effects. This promotes entrepreneurial thinking and action.
